6 Images printed on metal, approximately 10 x 14 -originally $100, now $80

I’ve always been attracted to printing on different mediums. One of the images in the sale is of a milkweed printed on rice paper. But when I discovered what printing on brushed aluminum could do to an image I was enchanted. Of course it’s not the right medium for all images, but for some, it’s like the perfect marriage, one enhances the other, without ever dominating. The street scenes from Saludecio, Italy, shown here, are great examples of that. They have a depth and iridescence that could not be captured on paper or canvas. Best seen in person!
